Missing from Thorne’s side was her boyfriend, Bad Vegan executive producer Mark Emms, whom she hasn’t been pictured with since Valentine’s Day.
On June 27, the Twisted Sisters podcaster will premiere her blood-splattered short film Paint Her Red at the open-air venue of the Ancient Greek Teatro Antico in Sicily during the 69th Taormina Film Festival.

Curiously, Thorne is calling Paint Her Red her ‘directorial short film debut’ despite winning the PornHub Vision Award in 2019 for her 32-minute BDSM directorial debut, Her & Him.
‘I’ve wanted to direct for a really long time. I’ve always been in love with the making of movies as well as writing,’ the 5ft8in redhead – who’s helmed 15 other IMDb-credited shorts/music videos – told Hola last month.
‘I think that that’s a big one that stands out to me. Writing is my baby, it’s my child, it’s a thing that makes me feel seen and heard, and it just feels amazing to get it all out on the page. And when you can combine the two or the three, it really is such an incredible experience.
‘So yeah, I’m very excited to see where it goes from here and to really learn. The next short I’m shooting, I’m shooting all on film, which I’m really excited about. Yeah. And film, it’s such a beauty, it’s such a beauty. It’s going to be my first time, so I’ll be definitely learning so much, and that’s what I love to do, I love to learn, so I hope it works out well for me.’
Bella plays a mystery role in Eddie Alcazar’s upcoming abduction thriller Divinity alongside Stephen Dorff, Karrueche Tran, and Scott Bakula.
Thorne will star as a tattooed carnival hustler called Annette in the Phillips Brothers’ upcoming Mississippi-set thriller Rumble Through the Dark with Golden Globe nominee Aaron Eckhart.
The Breakfast Club Live actress also has a mystery role opposite Julia Fox, Stephen Dorff, Steven Van Zandt, Beverly D’Angelo, and Paris Hilton in Tony Kaye’s upcoming crime-comedy The Trainer co-written by Vito Schnabel.
