The American child star appeared to be in a playful mood as she enjoyed a beach day with friends in Miami.
The 19-year-old dared to bare in the tiny white crop top which she teamed with denim H๏τ pants and black over-the-knee boots.
She completed her look with green-framed sunglᴀsses, a patterned choker and multiple bracelets.
The actress seemed a million miles away from CeCe Jones, the sickly-sweet character that made her name in dance sitcom Shake It Up – completing her transformation into a rebellious Hollywood star.
Despite putting on loved-up displays with Teen Wolf star Tyler Posey in recent months, it appears Bella has moved on to a new man as she was spotted kissing singer Charlie Puth during the fun day out.
Charlie was dressed in a grey T-shirt and black swim trunks as the pair held hands and exchanged tender kisses.
Bella came out as biSєxual earlier this year following her split from English actor Gregg by sharing a picture of her kissing a girl.
The Blended actress recently admitted that former Disney stars Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus are her dream women.
Asked her celebrity crushes, she said: “Demi Lovato. I must say…rawrrrr. She is a pretty toasty woman. Miley Cyrus, too. She’s dope. But Demi is ғιʀᴇ, just ғιʀᴇ.”
And when it comes to relationships, Bella is attracted to people who “completely accept” her for who she is.
